CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
I find many challenges as a maturing students. Studies become harder and I meet with many conflicts.
I like my new group members as majid who is my best friend is in my group. I hope this group is better than the previous group.

FEELINGS
It has been a nice time studying in 6CO. I also like mdm yeo teaching me english and art and a fewother subjects. I wish she would teach me for all subjects. She is a kind - hearted person and I should not take advantage of her kindess. I am happier studying in this class than the first class as people in this class has more kind pupils. I appreciate what you have done for me mdm yeo.

WEEKLY JOURNAL (1- 5) FEB 2010
MONDAY:
I had MT STR and Art. I had to draw on the topic for Total Defence "I WILL". I had a fun time drawing and colouring it. During recess, I had a cup of Milo which cost 80cents. I often buy this drink as I think it taste ok . I had homework as usual. I manage to finish them befored dinner.
TUESDAY:
I had homework. I had badminton for my PE lesson. I enjoyed playing with my friend. Later in the evening, I went to mc donalds and bought a fillet o" fish meal. I love the curly fries as it tastes delicious.
WEDNESDAY:
We discussed about our speaker"s corner topic. We also wrote the script and rehersed the skit. I was very happy. It took us an hour. I went back earlier as ther was meet the parent"s session. I was very happy.

WEEKLY JOURNAL (25 - 31) JAN 2010
MONDAY:
I had my ML STR today.I had social studies homework and maths corections. I was glad that I did not have a lot of homewok.
TUESDAY:
I had 4 questions of mathematics for homework. My teacher did not come to school as she was on 3-day couse.
WEDNESDAY:
I had quite a lot of homework but I manage to complete it all before dinner. I had 4 subjects of homework.

WEEKLY JORNAL (18-24) JAN 2010
MONDAY:
I had the chance to use my e - dictionary.It definitely help me a lot in my practice paper.I had STR MT. I learnt how to write a good cmposition. My principal talked about road safety. I should rather use the overhead bridge. Speaking good english is imporant as the languge is world wide.
TUESDAY:
I had the chance to practice the techniques of how to play badminton. I found the toliets and sink basins very filthy and dirty.I decided to use an anti-bacterial wet wipes as a replacement of washing hands. I read an article about doctors. A real patient need is just someone who they can talk to about their problems faced evryday.

My science teacher did not come so he gave us workseets to do.

Graciusness
WHAT IS GRACIOUSNESS ?
Graciousness is an act of showing kindness, politeness and pleasantness towards someone.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR THE SOCIETY TO EMBRACE THE VALUE OF GRACIOUSNESS ?
It is important as everyone in the society to embrace the value of graciousness because everyone would be happy and the society would be a better place to live in.
Give some examples of good acts of graciousness.
1.Offer help to my mother to carry shopping bags.
2.Help the blind and senior citizen to cross the road.
3.Offer seats to those who need them most example pregnant women and senior citizen.

ASEMBLY TALK ON RESPONSIBLITY IN WORDS AND DEEDS
In order to be a good student, I must not break promises. If I were to break my promise, people would be sad as they would not get their gift. I must also tell the truth as I would get into deep trouble.I must come to school in my proper school uniform. I must not vandalise school properties as they do not just belong to me, they belong everyone in the school.

Weekly Journal (11th to 14th Jan 2010)
Monday:
I had more homework than others as I did not attend school last Thursday as I had a fever. From my homework, I learnt that hurricane Katrina had a massive impact on the lives of the people on the affected countries . I also learnt that we must stay united in times of needs.
Tuesday:
I had PE lesson today. The game we played was the same like last week. I wish we had the chance to play a different game.
Wednesday:
As usual, I had homework for all the subjects. I did my homework as fast as I could and I managed to do some revision.
Thursday:
My family and I went to the nearby food centre called ‘Mr. Teh Tarik” for quick snack .
Friday:
I learnt a new math concept on geometry. I went to Popular bookstore to get a Nitendo DS Lite game cartridge. I bought a burger meal at Burger King at East Coast.

MY FIRST FEW DAYS OF SCHOOL
I am in 6 Courage and my teacher's name is Mdm Yeo. On my first day of school, I met a few new friends. I discovered that my classroom was located on the third floor. No lesson was taught on the first day and it was quite relaxing for me.
On the second day, I had PE lesson for the first period. I enjoyed the lesson. I discovered that Mr Chua was my Science teacher. I wished that Mr Mahardale would teach me Science.
On the third day, I finall got the chance to eat ice-cream which started selling today at the canteen.We had a photo-taking session for our new smart card.
